About Us

KO Construction specializes in industrial and commercial projects including manufacturing facilities, office buildings, truck stops, and steel buildings of all sizes, as well as new construction of multi-family apartment complexes. Our projects range from oil field service facilities to upscale townhomes.

At KO Construction, our staff understands the complexity of construction from the developer and owner’s perspective.

We have over 65 years of experience in the industry, including construction management; project planning, design, bidding and buyout; building permit acquisition and entitlement; code compliance, site preparation, utilities, and underground infrastructures; material acquisition, shipping, and inventory; subcontractor staffing and supervision; and cost and time management control and reporting. We are proud to be a Star Buildings distributor.

Born and raised in North Dakota with years of developed business and construction resources.  Over 20 years of experience in the Business Management, Parks and Recreation and Construction industries.  Experience includes construction projects such as custom housing, industrial/commercial steel buildings, restaurants, hotels, multi-family housing and re-model projects.  Other services including but not limited to, total project management, scheduling, design build services and safety monitoring.

Born and raised in western North Dakota, with many local ties. Married with 3 children. Over 25 years of experience in the construction and oil and gas industries. Construction areas include industrial, commercial, and residential. Specialized in business management, land development, project management, cost analysis, efficiencies and safety.
